KPI Bar
The six numbers at the top give you a fleet-wide snapshot at a glance. Active Vehicles tells you how many machines are currently running. Anomalies Active is the total count of flagged conditions across the fleet right now. Fleet Health Score is a composite 0–100 score averaged across all machines and all signal dimensions. Critical Alerts are conditions severe enough to need action now. Avg Battery SoC is the mean state-of-charge across all batteries — watch this as a leading indicator of coverage risk. Avg Anomaly Duration shows how long current flags have been sustained; a high number here means the platform is catching real degradation, not just noise.

Fleet Status Grid
One card per machine. The border colour and health bar reflect current state — green for healthy, amber for warning, red for critical. The score in the bottom-left is the composite health percentage. The ⏱ tag shows how long a condition has been continuously present; single spikes are filtered out and only sustained conditions appear here. Click any card to open its full detail view on the right.
Health Score & Key Stats
The ring gauge shows the selected machine's overall health score. The stats alongside it — speed, battery, alarm count, and anomaly duration — give the top-line picture in one glance.
Dimension Scores
Five bars — one per signal category (Motion, Battery, Actuators, Cycle Time, Alarms). Each bar shows this machine's score, and the white tick mark shows where the fleet median sits. If the bar falls well short of that marker, that dimension is the one to investigate. The σ badge tells you how many standard deviations this machine sits from the fleet median — anything beyond ±2σ is statistically meaningful and not just normal variation.
Fleet Benchmark Radar
All five dimensions on one chart, overlaid with the fleet average (white dashed line). The blue shape is this machine. Visual gaps between the two lines show exactly where this machine diverges from its peers — making it easy to see if one dimension or several are pulling the score down.
Live Signal Chart
Raw readings for this machine's most anomalous signal over the last five minutes. You can see both the normal operating baseline and where the deviation started. A condition that drifts gradually is different from one that spiked suddenly — the chart makes that distinction visible.

Active Anomalies
Each row is a condition that has persisted across multiple consecutive sensor readings — not a single out-of-range value. The coloured left bar shows severity (red = critical, amber = warning, blue = informational). The duration badge (e.g. "47 min") shows how long this condition has held continuously without clearing. The dot sequence beneath it represents individual readings — each filled dot is one reading where the condition was confirmed. More filled dots means higher confidence this is a real issue. The fleet context line (italic) shows how this machine compares to its peers. Click any row to jump directly to that vehicle's detail view.
AI Interpretation
A plain-language summary of what the current pattern means and what to do next. The AI doesn't just restate the alerts — it looks for correlations across dimensions (for example, underspeed and elevated motor temperature on the same unit) and gives maintenance teams a prioritised starting point. Updates automatically as new telemetry comes in.
Fleet Trend (60 min)
A rolling 60-minute chart with two lines: fleet health score (blue, left axis) and total anomaly count (amber dashed, right axis). The pattern to watch for is rising anomalies alongside falling health — that combination means conditions are accumulating faster than they are resolving, and intervention is likely needed before the next shift.
This is a demo environment. All telemetry data is simulated to illustrate the platform's capabilities.
